How to return or replace an item

In order to return an item, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number..

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Please pack the product the same way it has been received. Products must be shipped back in the original packaging, with all the accessories and instruction manuals accompanying the product in the same state as when it has been originally received.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please note that a restocking fee may also be applied to your refund between 5 to 50% depending on the product's condition on receipt back.

The product will be inspected upon receipt and in about 3-5 business days your refund will be applied accordingly.

Rules & Conditionals

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Items for sale at Beauty Kiss are offered with Free Shipping, when these items are returned, actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund that is due.

Beauty Kiss reserves the right to require the Purchaser to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America for replacement.

Items from the following categories may not be returned once opened:

Cosmetics can only be returned if sealed and unopened.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

The customer is able to exchange the item or receive a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read all the conditions in the Rules and conditionals section. If conditions are not met, Beauty Kiss reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Beauty Kiss will arrange for return shipping on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged and will pay necessary expenses. You are responsible for return shipping under any other circumstances.

Beauty Kiss is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, and other freight charges due to shipping.
